• AK1 An approved version automatically becomes effective on the Effective Date at 00:00 Europe/Zurich (background job, at the latest 5 minutes after midnight).
• AK2 The previously effective version of the same Document becomes obsolete in the same transaction; predecessor Documents according to A8.
• AK3 If, at the time of approval, the Effective Date lies in the past or on the same day, the version takes effect immediately.
• AK4 The transition is recorded in the audit with Identity «System», actor type Agent, channel «System».
