• AC1 For every Directive and every Document, embeddings are generated per Language Variant via the AI gateway and stored in pgvector; updated whenever the text changes.
• AC2 «Similar Directives» returns the n most similar Directives across languages (a German query finds English content) together with a similarity score.
• AC3 M15 shows the relationships for a Document, a Directive or a Keyword: assignment, Keywords, predecessors/successors, similar Directives; navigable (F32 clarifies the visualisation).
• AC4 beziehungen returns nodes and edges as JSON.
