• AK1 A comment can be recorded in the open Review Round for every attribute of a Document Version and for every Directive (per Language Variant); the reference is unambiguous.
• AK2 Several reviewers comment in parallel; comments appear for all participants without reloading, after no more than 10 seconds.
• AK3 State open/resolved per comment; resolving by the author of the comment, the Responsible Author or the Approver.
• AK4 Comments cannot be created outside the Review Round.
