• AC1 In status Draft, Name, Description, Implementation Deadline, Effective Date, Responsible Author, Contributing Authors and Working Language can be changed.
• AC2 In any other status, changes are rejected; the UI displays the fields as read-only.
• AC3 Authorised are the Responsible Author, the Contributing Authors and the Administrator; the Responsible Author can only be changed by the Responsible Author or the Administrator.
• AC4 Rich text is validated server-side against the schema; disallowed nodes and marks are removed, not rejected (N6, N19).
