• AC1 Exactly four things are configurable (F12, E5 decision 4): number of required reviewers (1 to 20), deadline of the Review Round in days (1 to 365), roles per transition (within the scope of Responsible Author, Reviewer, Approver, Administrator; Administrator cannot be removed), agent authorisation per role. Versions are immutable; changes apply to newly opened Review Rounds, ongoing ones retain their values.
• AC2 An approval is only possible once the configured number of recommendations is available.
• AC3 Exceeding the deadline creates an entry in the task list of the Approver and of the Responsible Author; it blocks nothing.
• AC4 Invalid configurations (0 reviewers, transition without a role) are rejected.
