- AK1 Approving by the Identity that is the Responsible Author of the version is rejected, even if that Identity has the Approver Role.
- AK2 Contributing Authors may approve if they have the Approver Role (F16 clarifies the tightening).
- AK3 The UI hides the Approve action for the Responsible Author and states the reason.
