• AC1 Subscription to a Keyword or to search terms (matches in title or description, both languages) per Identity.
• AC2 Events: Directive new (for the first time in an Effective version), Directive superseded (successor Effective); F34 clarifies «changed».
• AC3 Delivery via HTTPS webhook with HMAC-SHA256 signature (header with timestamp and signature), retry with exponential backoff (at least 5 attempts over 24 hours), delivery log in M16.
• AC4 Additionally retrievable via benachrichtigung_abholen (unread per Identity) with acknowledgement.
• AC5 The test peer application (N26) receives and verifies signatures in the E2E test.
