• AK1 Every UI label exists in German and English; a test finds no missing keys in either language file.
• AK2 The Working Language is selected when content is created and is visible on every bilingual field; it can be changed in the Draft.
• AK3 Editing is possible only in the Working Language; the other Language Variant can be edited as a translation, but is never the source.
• AK4 The URL carries the language; the language switcher changes the UI language and the displayed Language Variant together.
