Manages Document Types with creation, editing, deactivation and deletion protection where references exist.
Areas and dialogs: Table (short code, name, active, documents, Working Language, translations; active filter, sortable); detail view with areas master data, name and description as bilingual fields (editing mode with insert image), translation status, images; dialog Create (short code, Working Language, name, description, active); confirmation dialogs Deactivate and Delete (with reference count)
