- AC1 Export per language as a separate PDF, only from status Approved onwards; in Draft and In Review the UI and MCP respond with «not available».
- AC2 Every generated PDF passes veraPDF validation for PDF/A-2a and PDF/UA-1 without errors (CI gate, N22).
- AC3 Content and layout according to N17 (cover page, table of contents, header/footer, watermark, metadata).
- AC4 Repeated exports of the same version and the same status are byte-identical except for timestamp metadata (reproducible).
