- AC1 Deletion is only possible in status Draft and only by a person; a confirmation dialog states the identifier and version.
- AC2 After deletion, the number and short code remain reserved (tombstone); the audit trail remains complete.
- AC3 From status In Review onwards, deletion is rejected; only withdrawal (before Effective) or replacement to Obsolete (via successor or follow-up version) is possible.
