The Keyword is the value within a Topic, for example «internal»; Directives are assigned to it multiple times (A12, ADR-0004).

• AC1 Creation with Topic and abbreviation (one to eight uppercase letters or digits, unique per Topic), designation; description optional. The key is derived from these as a single part, as VER-INT. An unknown or deactivated Topic is rejected. The delivery contains VER-INT internal, VER-EXT external, KRI-BC business-critical, DSG-PD personal data, SUB-PRO process and SUB-ENT development.
• AC2 Key and Topic are immutable after creation; a Keyword does not change its Topic.
• AC3 Deactivated Keywords remain on existing Directives, but can no longer be selected in the multiple selection and are marked there; the same applies to Keywords of a deactivated Topic (A2 AC3).
• AC4 Listing with Topic, number of assigned Directives and number of Subscriptions; filter by active, sortable by key and designation.
• AC5 A Keyword is displayed everywhere as «Topic: Keyword», for example «Confidentiality: internal». The display form is generated server-side in one place.
• AC6 Deletion follows A4: rejected if references exist, possible without references, persons only.
