• AK1 Each assigned reviewer records exactly one recommendation per round (approval, approval with conditions, revision required, rejection) with a mandatory justification; it can be changed until the end of the round.
• AK2 The overview in M11 shows all recommendations of the round; missing recommendations are marked as outstanding.
• AK3 Recommendations remain immutable after the end of the round.
