• AC1 Upon approval, comments, recommendations and summaries disappear from the working view (M5, M10).
• AC2 They remain stored with the version and can be viewed in full per round in M12 as well as retrieved via review_historie.
• AC3 The audit trail contains the creation and the state changes of each comment.
