Unit E3 · Check type Test

• Without confirmed Alternative Text in both languages, no transition to In Review is possible (checklist).
• Formats PNG, JPEG, SVG; storage via the Object Storage interface, implemented in Render Postgres (bytea), because only Render is available and Render does not offer a generally available object storage (F25, 2026-09-07). The application does not write any payload data to the file system of the runtime environment (test: file system read-only except temp).
• Upper limit 20 MB per object; delivery with checksum as ETag and cache headers.
• Status E5 (2026-09-08): the checklist lock is effective. The Submit transition checks, for each image of the version and of its Directives, both Alternative Text variants for the state «confirmed» (E5 decision 8: N20 verbatim, against the weaker wording in docs/domaenenmodell.md section 6); the approval checks it again. Object storage, format check, SVG sanitisation, Alternative Text as a bilingual field and delivery via /bilder/{id} have been implemented since E3.
