Unit E0 · Screens M26, help panel of all screens · MCP hilfe_lesen · Status implemented (2026-09-07; English help 2026-09-08 with E2 step 7, hilfe:uebersetzen)

• AC1 Help texts are generated from docs/ during the build (Markdown → HTML), per screen and per field via stable anchors (M5, M5.vorgaben, A17).
• AC2 The help panel shows the matching section for the current screen and the focused field in the UI language.
• AC3 CI fails if a screen exists without a help section, if a help anchor points to no screen, or if the generated help does not match the state of docs/.
• AC4 hilfe_lesen returns the same section as Markdown.
